Shodan is a human mercenary and veteran member of Tagon's Toughs. As the most senior officer in the Toughs, he is generally seen as the official leader for the company's infantry. He is a practitioner of numerous martial arts, and personally trains all of the company's troops in hand-to-hand combat.
