Lieutenant Commander Shodan is a human mercenary and veteran member of Tagon's Toughs. As one of the highest-ranking officers of the Toughs, he is generally seen as the official leader for the company's infantry. He is a practitioner of numerous martial arts and personally trains all of the company's troops in hand-to-hand combat. He also, per his rank, has significant leadership and organizational roles in the company.
